Items are returnable within 14 days from date of receipt. Returned items must be in new, resalable condition, with all manufacturer’s original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all open or returns that are missing items.
If you need to process a return, we ask you to please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 954-451-3867 with any questions you might have. Once a return is agreed to, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) so that you can send the package back to us. Customer will incur shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed according to the original purchase method within 2 days upon receipt of returned merchandise to our facilities.
Due to health code issues, certain products are nonreturnable once packages are open and/or used. These items include: cpap machines, cpap masks, nebulizers, oxygen concentrators, comfort and therapeutic pillows. Batteries are nonreturnable.
Warranty claims will be processed by us according to their corresponding manufacturer’s policy.
